- In case of cancellation due to weather, your booking will be rescheduled for the next available morning. If rescheduling is not possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
- We recommend booking your flight for your first morning in Cappadocia to allow flexibility in case of postponements.
- All bookings are subject to availability, whether new or rescheduled.
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled flight.
- Prices may change due to operational costs or policy updates from balloon companies. A surcharge may apply in rare cases.
- Flights are operated by licensed pilots (PPL & SPL) with over 1,000 hours of flight experience. All passengers are fully insured.
- The balloon basket accommodates 28–32 passengers.
- For your comfort, we recommend wearing long sleeves, trousers, and sturdy shoes.
- Children under 5 are not permitted; those aged 5–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept guests who are pregnant or recovering from major surgery.
